Rental Information
EINSTEIN'S Costume & Prop Rental

Both a Rental Fee and Security Fee must be paid to reserve your costume(s) for your rental
period. Costumes will not be considered reserved/rented until payment is received.
In the event of cancellation, the rental fee is NOT REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. There
will be a $5.00 fee per costume for exchanging reserved costume(s) or the rental dates
prior to pick-up or shipping.
Renter assumes all responsibility for loss and/or damage of all items entered under your
rental order from any cause what so ever. Rental items shall be returned in as good
condition as when received. In the event of loss, damage, excessive soil, or lost costume
accessories, the renter agrees to pay Einstein’s Costume & Prop Rental such amounts as
the Rentals Manager may determine for repairs/replacements of any of these items.
Charges are not limited to the security fee.
Do not attempt to alter, dye, paint, tape, glue, clean or change rental items in any way. To
do so will result in charges equal to the full replacement cost of the item(s).
Additional rental charges will apply when items are not returned by the scheduled return
date.
When shipping is required, renter agrees to pay all shipping charges.
All costumes and accessories are rented/used at your own risk. Einstein’s Costume &
Prop Rental will not be held liable for any injury/damage incurred as a result of
costume/accessory usage or wear.
